Cracking Corsica

A short while ago I travelled to Corsica.  My plan was to explore the island’s winding mountain roads and sand-lined coast in a quest for those secret food destinations and delights that only the locals seem to know about.  It turned out to be a place packed with hidden culinary gems. From aroma-filled coffee houses, to tiny mountain-top cafés; local favourites and foodie festivals.  I kept a record of my top tips and ultimate finds and wanted to share them with you in a series of blogs over the coming weeks.
